Crystal of the Week: Dragon Stone

I first became interested in crystals because, well, they’re pretty! Whether they have healing properties or not, my focus is on what they represent. Having a different crystal in mind each day can serve as subtle reminders or affirmations each day.

Dragon Stone is a blend of Epidote and red Piemontite. Epidote magnifies the energy around it. When you radiate positive, loving, good energy while being around the stone, it will radiate that same energy back toward you. The same goes for negative energy though, so this is a stone you want to keep around when you're feeling good and thinking positive thoughts.

Dragon Stone is associated with the Sister Signs (or Opposite Signs) Gemini and Sagittarius, because it's a blend of two stones. As a sign of duality, Gemini sometimes experiences this kind of "what goes around comes around" energy.

Reminder: Life is full of highs and lows, positives and negatives, joys and pains. Channel your best self this week. When a negative thought enters your mind, quickly replace it with a positive one.
